AR finished with ST. AR reminds the Judge that RMW needs a screen break every hour.

Why is it a preliminary hearing?

I think some of the respondents wanted to be struck out and they need to establish exactly what is going to go ahead I think. IANAL.

They did break every hour or thereabouts in AB's hearing.

Piss break / DVT avoidance break / fag break / glucose test break

Lots of reasons I guess. I'm supposed to do the DVT thingy.

What do you have to do in a DVT break? Stand up and get the circulation moving in your legs?

Yes, move around, do the ankle circling thing. Get my feet up for a few minutes preferably. (I've had a DVT/PE so it's not as nuts as it sounds.)
