The twitter account for the theatre group behind the Family Sex Show (@ThisEgg_) has revealed that there are performances planned of the Family Sex Show despite the cancellation of the national tour and they are looking for more venues to take them on.
It seems that the Bath performance(s) is/are running.

However, beyond a certain point, some people are apprehensive about editorialising an interpretation

That’s really interesting. I wonder if this is the kind of job that AI could eventually (or already? It seems a bit like the inverse of what DALL-E does) do better than humans, as it wouldn’t be constrained by that fear.

I think you'd still have the same concern though, the editorial assumptions would just be embedded in the AI, potentially.

I don't know that site or its agenda, but I was certainly sceptical about a claim that it was "mainly" single men there, which semed unlikely (although not impossible I guess). I would be very interested in a factual/impartial report about the ages of the children and the actual content of the show that was staged.

A show about sex that attracted mainly single men?

Not sure what else needs to be said.

What I think: given the public hoo-ha about the show, I would imagine it would be unlikely that a great many single men would have the brass neck to actually turn up at the show. (Some wouldn't care, I guess, and some would probably be identifying as women, or as something else). A vague description of it being "mainly" single men there, with no figures or stats, seems suspect to me.

It is very important that those of us who are adamantly against this show and its various offshoots of online child grooming (and I am aware there 'are some very strange bedfellows in that grouping) do not put things out in public that are untrue, cannot be substantiated or are primarily emotional rather than factual. That is a gift to the groomers/MAPs who are pushing this agenda.

When I said upthread that I would not be surprised if that assertion about the single men was true, I meant I would not be surprised if there were single men there. As I have just said, I am a bit sceptical that they would make up the majority of the audience. I'd want to see some credible evidence.
