Just received this by email from Graham.

The jurisdiction is relevant, ie the posts complained of could be accessed in the UK, and the attempts to build a case about who might have posted them steps around KF being outside the jurisdiction of the UK by seeking UK based information that doesn't involve the KF at all.

However, as can be seen in the relevant judgment, there would be an evidential burden to show that the person who paid for the court document is the same person who posted the complained-about posts. A definitive answer to that could theoretically be obtained from KF but obviously they wouldn't provide relevant information.

(As an aside, UK = England and Wales as far as the law applies.)

Xenia, I am not sure you would like KF. It is an odd site. Lots of geeks and a recent cohort of British mums trying to sound like US teenagers.

I glance every so often, when I want to read behind a story. Aimee Challenor, Mermaids, Steph (but only after the KF mention in the Mail). The point is everything in the public domain gets archived. Steph has quite a history of litigation. If she were to sue you, or me, or anyone, and you wanted to argue that she is a vexatious litigant, KF would be quite a treasure trove.
