Just received this by email from Graham.

No need for champagne, but please do keep pointing out that the basis of all these stories is completely undermined. He IS using his trans status to escape police scrutiny and harass women. All these publications painted me as the bad guy

It's times like this I really wish we had a like button! Great news and absolutely agree with the above comment, well done to Graham and the team.

Costs follow the case. Hayden's financial situation is irrelevant, Glinner's costs should be awarded against H. If H has to pay it back a £5 a week, good. Every week, they will be reminded of the bed they made for themselves. If they don't pay up, serve a statutory demand and go for bankruptcy. H gave not one fuck about the misery H caused dragging others through the court for nothing, egged on by the likes of Haddock. Let H go bankrupt, lose their right to practice law, be labelled a vexatious litigant and given a dose of their own disgusting medicine. And this has nothing to do with H's trans status, but that of a vexatious litigant, using their knowledge of the system to heap misery on those unaware and frightened about what they are being pulled in to. For an officer of the court to do that to anyone is the lowest of the low.

I don't think there's ever been any actual evidence that Hayden is other than a self-identifying officer of the court is there?

Anyone know what the requirements are to be marked as a vexatious litigant?
And whether previous non payment of costs awarded have any relevance in such a case?

My guess is H is a legal exec rather than a solicitor. The former would be deemed to be a "lawyer" and therefore an "officer of the court, "as all lawyers are.

problem is you need a number of struck out cases before you can be called vexatious. Hayden victims usually panic and settle before that point comes along. I would suggest everyone involved in a case with Hayden simply hold their nerve and demand the same things we did. I'll share whatever information with fellow victims I'm legally allowed to.
