Time will be 10:30am. Looks like it's in court, too.

I am always suspicious of important judgements being handed down just before e.g. Christmas

Really good news. The recording of non crime hate incidents against people's names id unlawful. Because it interferes with article 10 rights and will have a chilling effect on public debate.
