On Monday there is an amendment being tabled in the House of Lords to the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill which would stop men being held in women’s prisons.
Anyone on twitter please tweet #KeepProsonsSingleSex and #Amendment214 to show strength of feeling.

The Conservative peer and the Democratic Unionist Party peer speak from a position of compassion towards women prisoners while the Lib Dem peer views the sexual assault of women prisoners by males convicted of violence and of sexual offences as acceptable collateral damage. It's enough to make your head spin.

I wonder if we're going to get a speech from a Labour peer.

It's just sickening to hear some woman demonstrate how little they give a shit about other women...
