Title of the article misleading as it says he is placed in the female estate but then further down says he could be.

The press release when he was transferred to a different county jail (he was arrested in a different county from where the crime was committed) used male pronouns.

The authorities are well aware of how many eyes are watching this. It wasn’t an accidental misgendering… I hope.

I became aware of the guy years ago, and he was basically seen as a harmless weirdo. I haven’t followed all the ups and downs of his life, which are well documented, but I don’t think there was anything that indicated he’d do… this. He came across as desperate for a girlfriend and very socially awkward around women, which could have been a red flag, but it’s not exactly uncommon.

My years of lurking at a certain fruit gardening archival site left me convinced that JY would end up with these charges first. I thought Chris was just a huge Pokémon weirdo.

Honestly I despair.

It's difficult to comprehend quite how many of these people there are.

I know TRAs are very strong on believing transwomen are women, but here it's just bizarre... do they honestly think Chris Chan is female? From Chris Chan's own history, it seems they didn't start identifying as female until quite late on, and then it was part of the desperate quest to get a girlfriend.

Everything about Chris Chan is so open I don't see how he won't be convicted? He has been living all his lunacy online for years. He's given out his house address (which burned down) and done video tours (his mother is/was a hoarder and father now dead from a heart attack). My teens have watched his videos for years, not because they think he's great, but because it's like watching the biggest train wreck that ever existed.
