Males have always been banned from women's spaces so banning transwomen isn't exactly a new surprising idea.

By saying sex isn’t binary in this context, you’re making out being trans is synonymous with being intersex. Do you think if the chromosomes of trans people were studied, they would all be intersex?

(Yes people with DSD do indeed exist, and there are disorders of development that affect male humans, and disorders that affect female humans, these various disorders have different names and they more often than not render an adult infertile, not turning them into some sort of other sex....)

When the woman on this board go and find the papers the articles you post are based on, and go through them in forensic detail pointing out they don't say what you think they say, explaining exactly why, you ignore them and just repeat your tired talking points.

Why are we pretending toilets are segregated by gender? If they were, we would need 100 different toilets, so that neutrois, demigender, agender people etc. would have their own bathrooms. Except of course that isn't the case.

Toilets are segregated by sex. You use the toilet of the sex you were born with that is immutable, regardless of how you look or feel.

Women - of the female sex - have a right and a need to single-sex spaces. This is obvious. Trans women BY DEFINITION are of the male sex and therefore do not belong in women's toilets.

Obviously everyone is who they say they are so can you also clarify how we can differentiate transwomen from men who say they are transwomen for nefarious purposes?

I'm not saying he is trans btw. Just that you have no way of telling.

In the same way that we have no way of telling which male is safe and which isn't so we need to exclude all for our safety and privacy.

Trans/not trans is completely irrelevant.

Organisations are changing policies to suggest that people should choose facilities according to their own level of comfort, whatever that means to them.

Having just read the article and the letter, they don’t appear to be disputing that sex is binary (in humans), they appear rather, to be talking about gender and saying they don’t believe that is binary. They even mention sex so it does appear they aren’t talking about the same thing

Male cleaners close the toilets they are working in so a woman would not go in there when he is in there.
