I don't agree with Posie on all things, but tbh there is not one person on earth that I can see I would agree with on all things so thats maybe a pointless start. One thing that woman knows is how to get maximum publicity for little effort. So I would not be at all surprised to see this in the press.

The implication that only 14 people support women having rights is just bizarre. That only 14 support 'the cause' because they are not physically there. I back many disabled rights campaigners, but a lot of the time, their protests are quite small, mainly as a lot of the people supporting them have health issues preventing them from attending, also not everyone has time, not everyone wants the attention, etc etc. Today is the first tme I have ever seen the implication that anyone who cares for a cause must physically attend a protest on the topic, else they dont support it

Because she tries to intimidate transmen with that poster and I presume other stuff. I've seen Posie Parker come up on the Feminist board before, which I've read some of before backing out slowly, so if you had put that name in the title I wouldn't have bothered clicking in. As it is, I didn't realise it was same old same old on the Feminism chat board. Only noticed what board it was after the fact.

It was announced as a protest beforehand..

Also the first time I have seen anyone claiming Harrop 'won' that argument..even among transactivists it sems most common to say he was eaten alive, looked ridiculous and clearly had no actual point.

Oh yes... did this new poster just say... adult human female that is transphobic and in fact, that’s actually the billboard Posie put yo and was on Sky news for in the video the poster is pretending they haven’t seen before.

I roared with laughter at the suggestion Mr Harrop won an argument by correcting her with Dr. She did that on purpose you numpty! She wanted him to assert his medical credentials while discussing biological sex. Sheesh! Some people are slow

Small protests are totally normal. It’s how grass roots movements operate.

If they are searching for 'Kelly-Jay' at the title suggests, then they do get a page about a guy who is a musician, and nothing about Posie on the first page, just checked this.

You may have missed my question earlier but what is a normal woman? You posted that earlier and I want to check to see if I am normal or not. One without a massive big chip on their shoulder about transwomen! Most women I know (correction - every woman I know) couldn't give two hoots about transwomen! The only place I've ever seen it discussed with vigour and glee and venom is on the Feminism Chat part of MN. Nobody in real life has ever mentioned it.
