@Antibles

Cosmetic labiaplasty Sad

When I think back to the innocent days (90s) when people were still arguing whether porn might not have real world negative effects for women, mostly focused on whether it might possibly encourage violence a teeny tiny bit...I honestly want to cry. We never even imagined the rest...

Pubic shaving, anal sex, slapping, spitting and hair pulling, labiaplasty, the rough sex murder defence. Men who can't even get it up anymore for a real woman and her real body. And despite men knowing precisely what kind of biological body deserves this treatment, we're now having to even fight for an exclusive name for ourselves and our own sodding bogs so we don't end up on said porn sites when simply going for a wee. What a journey it's been.

Add anal bleaching to that too. Why would anyone want to do that? Doing my roots is annoying enough.

Never mind the why, I've always had an imagination failure at the how. (Chanelling the BDSM thread Empress just mentioned, I'm imagining dunking me "nether portions" in a bucket, perhaps.)

DialSquare · 28/07/2020 21:35

A bucket of Domestos! You could do the kitchen floor afterwards!

EmpressJKRowlingSpartacus · 28/07/2020 21:35

I’m happily leaving both my anus and my roots their natural colours. Can’t be arsed.

ErrolTheDragon · 28/07/2020 21:59

@EmpressJKRowlingSpartacus

Jesus was busy unscrewing jar lids last time I looked.
What?Confused why?
EmpressJKRowlingSpartacus · 28/07/2020 22:02

Read this. It might start slowly but there’s a reason it’s in Classics.

That is useful, I'm just about to look for a new bike and I want a lovely comfy saddle. I'm thinking something like this.

How about a recumbent?

ScrimpshawTheSecond · 28/07/2020 22:30

Said the actress to the bishop.

Just started 😁

FreezerBird · 28/07/2020 22:43

I've got some spare time tomorrow; I might make some sort of mind map/flow chart of the subjects discussed so far on this thread. It might be beautiful.

Lettera · 28/07/2020 22:47

Freezerbird

I think you'd end up with a feminist Mappa Mundi

ErrolTheDragon · 28/07/2020 22:55

I'm part way through the jar lid thread - and slightly regretting that I didn't post earlier what I thought at the time which was 'well, i suppose it makes a change from driving the Cabbage Van'.

DialSquare · 28/07/2020 22:56

"Just started"

Me too!. Although I did get distracted and have been down a rabbit hole of churro makers!

Ah, maybe you'll be wanting these : DragonDragon

I need that bike, it's amazing! Though I'll also need some kind of miracle to level the hill I live on, or an engine...

Antibles it's fucking horrendous. That's kind of education actually needed in schools, a focus on how emotionally healthy relationships should be and how far from that porn is.

Or a fit young chap to pull you along rickshaw-style. You could admire his straining muscles and sinews as he pulls you up your hill.
NeurotrashWarrior · 29/07/2020 08:01

Talking of flaps and bikes, woman's hour was painfully graphic yesterday...

SophocIestheFox · 29/07/2020 08:13

How to cycle without shredding your hoo ha is one of my favourite topics, so this thread really does just get better and better! I once got labial blisters on a multi day cycle. A very, very specific agony.

There’s so much you can do with the right combination of bike set up, seat angle, saddle types and choice of short. It’s a really interesting topic. Quite often, less is more, so I get on best on quite a thin saddle and not too much padding in the shorts, as that chafes the old undercarriage more. A big padded saddle might not be the best option. Definitely go to a bike shop and find a woman or non patronising man to help you with the fit.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 29/07/2020 08:18

Or as I suggested above, get a recumbent Wink

Way comfier than any sort of saddle...

Last bike I rode was a purple tomahawk in the 70s. I've seen plenty of excuses on here not to change that any time soon!

Incidentally, if anyone is forming a punk band and need a name, there's a few ideas on here. Infected Flaps and Labial Blisters comes to mind!

boatyardblues · 29/07/2020 08:23

This was also covered on WH - underwear yes or no.

ScrimpshawTheSecond · 29/07/2020 08:23

I LOVE the idea of a feminist Mappamundi.

Likewise. I have a (quite broad) man's saddle on my road bike. Needs to be wide enough that your sit bones end up on it, but no wider I would say, otherwise you start to run into problems with chafing (and also with knees, strangely, because in an effort to avoid the chafing I think you then alter hip and thigh angles in a way that does your knees no favours).

And also yes to experimenting with angle. Tilted up at the front is a disaster for me - flat works for me, though a friend swears by tilted very slightly downwards.

Blistered labia... oooh, I don't even want to think about that. (Rather than crossing legs, I am manspreading at this point just imagining it...)
