Does she realise that the statistics she is quoting refer to sex workers in Brazil. Nothing to do with the UK. Does she honestly believe that black transwomen in the UK have an average lifespan of 35 years? Why?

If I was teaching A level law I’d use the text book plus the actual case as an example of how groups attempt to manipulate and why businesses allow this.

Good for the teaching of Ethics and Morality too.
