There are some females (look genuine) on twitter who still seem to think she isn't being kind. She's responding to an unpleasant tweet someone sent her ffs! I do despair. They are drawn so far into this they have lost any sense of what is right. She has every right to respond. It shines a light.

Apart from anything else, if you’re bleeding from your vagina every day that’s not a period, it’s potentially a serious gynaecological problem...

I would have thought that if you were bleeding “down there” without being a biological female on your period or after child birth it would also be a case that required medical attention?
