They are under no obligation to explain private medical info.

Did the college leak or enable-to-be-leaked the appraisal? However awful McKinnon is leaking an appraisal is pretty appalling, surely they are confidential?

On the twitter thread there are (unevidenced) mutterings that McKinnon - who uses that name on fb still - posted it in a fit of pique but deleted it quickly. So possibly self-leaked.
