Ironically in the Labour hopeful webchats only the male contender gave an even vaguely decent answer. But it still fell far short of coming close to addressing the issues.

I’m so angry & frustrated with it. Wilful blindness. The evidence is huge and it feels like more evidence is produced almost daily. I have no idea other than keep talking. To everyone. All the time. That’s my strategy. I think I may have ruined a mates upcoming weekend to centre parcs last night but for some people it seems they listen & nod but when it really impacts on them, they get it. Others grasp it straight away. Email everyone & anyone. Questions & praise. Write letters, send cards. Joanna Cherry is getting another one from me for her fabulous speech at WPUK on Saturday. Keep chipping away. They can’t silence or ignore us for ever.

They've been testing the waters and realised they can do and say what they like, can be as absurd and abusive as they like to women and about women.

Either they hate women or they're more afraid of the bullies than they care about women. I think lots of them are afraid of transadvocates. I would call that fear transphobia. That's what it really looks like.

When I see pictures or tv clips of certain well known individuals it bloody infuriates me that I am expected to accept that they are a woman because they say they are. It really gives me a rage. How dare they.
IMO many of these people are taking the piss and bloody loving having the opportunity to do so.

I agree with Cunty We keep talking, we keep going, we praise good work, we question everyone and everything.
Let’s move, let’s keep moving, even when we feel we are getting nowhere, we are trying to turn back decades of regulatory and policy capture.

I’m bloody furious. Today’s clueless candidate waffled on about one single transwoman and how vulnerable they would be in a men’s prisons, rather than answering the question asked about men in women’s prisons.

What's frustrating me is the amount of effort we're having to put into justifying our existence, biology, right to free speech, right to assemble, our single sex spaces on the basis of philosophical questions over gender identity. When in reality, it's just a sex thing.

It was a fucking disgrace.

Also, I am really let down and hurt by Mumsnet here. Deleting women's comments because they don't toe the line? Keeping feminists on a tight leash?

Politicians just can't handle women asking them too many questions? Odd, that, as they all seem to be perfectly capable of ignoring them so far.

I want to ask EMily Thornberry - and all these politicians - have they even heard of autogynephilia?

I started this year feeling strengthened and hopeful but it's all evaporated. The fact we haven't had Harry's ruling yet, the behaviour of the CPS, Baroness Williams and the total cowardice of 99% of all politicians. The refusal to research and not just swallow Stonewall propaganda.

However submission is not in my nature.

The GRA reform consultation closed in October 2018. Looks like it's just been swept under the carpet.

We have an open consultation here in Scotland. Awaiting Forwomen Scotland's advice on responding. Closing in March, I believe.

The fact the police put zero effort into their defense should tell you how much the outcome is weighed in their favour, it's all most likely lips service.

But there is no point in getting angry, you can't change it, this is on a set very planned path.
But because you can't change it doesn't mean you can't fight against it, Never give in and constantly ask questions, tell those around you and teach people about what is happening, teach your children it's okay to question, it's okay to say no and that feelings of discomfort are not normal because the school system will not, anything thing which has state funding will not.

I am absolutely fucking furious - and scared about the future - to see people who claim to be caring etc throwing safeguarding out. Either you support the elimination of risk of sexual and physical male on female violence, or you don't. I'm happy working in grey areas, but with safeguarding, there are no grey areas. If you support a single grey safeguarding area, if you cannot get behind zero tolerance of male on female sexual and physical harm, you are actively enabling it.

I'm angry that so many people are willing to accept a situation that DOES lead to increased incidents of attacks on women. That some women and girls simply have ceased to count any more.

And this is EXACTLY the same attitude that enables Americans to turn a blind eye to kids in cages. On some level, these people think it's ok to inflict extreme trauma on vulnerable people, because it enables them to feel good about themselves in another way.

It's sick, scary and I'm bloody angry.

I’m playing the long game- thinking 4+ years. I’m just going to keep plodding away, trying to let as many people as possible know what is going on.

I think for a lot of people here it's the first time they've tried to go against the system and realised incredibly quickly the measures in place and the people who are suppose to keep it fair don't work at all.

It's not new, it's always been like this, it's just before you've never needed it to be fair because you've agreed with it.
