My feelings about men

Im a regular on here although mostly lurking.

I was wondering how other people reconcile their feelings about how fucking awful the patriarchy is, how men as a group are basically toxic and even the 'good ones' have an incredibly low bar for being decent humans.

Im married, and seriously reconsidering it because I feel this ongoing utter despair at the myriad injustices I put up with. I would NEVER EVER pursue a relationship with a man if I did leave.

Anyone else feel the same? Is this normal?!

Actually I think "third wave radical feminists" was my favorite part of today's tantrum.

Why are women favoured in courts (to my friend's massive detriment and causing him huge depression and suicidal thoughts. His wife was scum and took up with the slimy lawyer and lied about him in court But that's okay because my mate is male, right?)

Why is breast cancer funded far more than prostate, despite prostate being more prevalent?

systematically destroyed a generation of young guys

Some of my family members are good friends with quite a few of these generation of young guys and they are lovely, intelligent, caring, respectful young men. They understand consent. They’re not afraid to express their feminine side.

You sound like you feel really marginalised and in a lot of psychological pain. There’s always counselling or psychotherapy. Becoming an adult means taking responsibility for your own life, not constantly blaming everyone else.

You need to go back to basics on interesting debating techniques. No one can be arsed to engage with your drivel, just a few kind women throwing you the odd bun.

I reconcile feelings by separating out what I know about men as a group from how I think about individual men. Which is what I would like people to do for me...see me as an individual first and a woman second. So it's about practising what I preach.

It may be easier for me because I have known some very good men, and I suffered a lot of bullying from girls/women because I refused to fit the mold/mould (sp?)

I am actually considering becoming a political lesbian... there are lots of men I like from a platonic point of view but I just can't be arsed dating them any more. How does one start though? Any top tips?
