She can apologise all she wants but she's promoted his fucking awful podcast. I refuse to believe she didn't bother to check out one thing about him beforehand.
This is a fascinating couple of sentences. "Yes, I acknowledge she apologised". "But I refuse to believe her."
What action would you deem appropriate for you to accept an apology? Or are people, once they put a step out of your lines 'cancelled'? Even when they apologise.
How far out of your lines are people allowed to stray before you refuse to believe them? Wrong meeting room booked? Wrong person spoken to? Wrong thought expressed? How are people meant to know exactly what boundaries are within your 'refusal to believe ' territory?

Given how many other posters explained Datun's use of 'when did you stop beating your wife' well-known 'loaded question' example to you, even if you weren't aware of it, are you able to address the fact that maybe you'd misinterpreted her use of the term? I can understand your kneejerk reaction, but once it's explained?
Or are you going to continue to cling on to it as evidence as a direct offence to yourself?
