I only know what you’ve told me about self-ID
Maya all power to you.
Am I alone in thinking this test case is in the wrong sphere, given its potential for far reaching implications?
That many topics under discussion are without specialist evidence?
Its reminding me of the test case of belief in Santa Claus, and that its all about whether enough people believe in it
From what I've read Maya is doing a great job of presenting her position, demonstrating lack of phobia; not the case for the Rs team LE not even claiming to know anything about self ID.
Rs team rude, insulting, and heckling with their repeating of statements and avoidance of direct q's.
Why is this law not being tested higher up as discrimination. I understand that this is (may be) an employment matter, but its implications are far reaching for future rights of women and girls.
It will give many recourse to compensation from constructive/wrongful dismissal if maya wins.
Keeping everything crossed. Amazing access to coverage, and the attempts to shut down are clear and acknowledged by the judge.
Bit farsical the claim to 'vulnerable' witnesses when those witnesses showcase themselves, very vocally. All very contradictory.
