Exactly. Being excluded from female single sex spaces is not "discrimination" on the grounds of gender reassignment as a male without the protected characteristic of gender reassignment would be treated exactly the same way.

Should this boy be allowed into the private spaces of girls and see them naked? What of their right to privacy? The genders could be reversed. We are talking about girl's rights. Actual girls, who are born with a female reproductive system, female genitalia and xx chromosomes. You know, those girls who the midwife identifies visually as female at birth, Those humans whose rights are protected by the Equality Act.

Children have boundaries. Girls have boundaries. These boundaries should be respected not thrown onto a ideological pyre because of blackmail and threats.
