I am troubled by the references to the opposite of 'male' and 'female' since male and female are biological terms which do not exist. And if they don't exist, then how can self-identifying as the opposite exist? Tell me that.

But the main thing is that while environmental apocalypse is imminent, it is important to take the time to ensure that you self-identify as the opposite of something that you can't identify.

How can you reverse climate change without doing that?

Sorry, when I say 'climate change', I mean 'differences of environmental phenomena caused by self identifying non-females'.

This is so annoying as green were my go to as no one else to vote for. Now I have no one.

If Aimee Challenor were still in the Greens and had been selected for the co-chair role, then Challenor would fill the self identifying non-male slot. Because Challenor does not identify as male.

And if Rob Grant filled the other slot (self identifying non-female), then the Greens would state that the co-chairs are split 50:50 in terms of non-males and non-females.

Even though both slots are occupied by biological males.

Argh! You cannot urge people to "listen to the science" wrt climate change and spout non-science wrt sex. All of us who identify as non-idiots and non-fans of environmental destruction might like to vote for the non-blue non-red party, but not while they are spouting this non-sense.

See, this is the whole problem with mangling language.

I have no idea who either Liz Carlton or Rob Grant are, but ordinarily the use of 'self identifying' makes my first thought that the person 'self identifying as' in reality is not. So I would assume Liz is a man and Rob a woman.
