hoodathunkit as I said, I believe Alisha Owen, John DeCamp and all the others (e.g. case workers) who speak in the documentary 'Conspiracy of Silence' in support of evidence for an establishment paedophile network, of whom only Baer and Citron were convicted for sexual abuse of minors.
Also, it is a pattern that repeats again and again. Watching the BBC documentary of Olenka Frenkiel, the Dutroux case is basically a carbon copy. The estalisment closes ranks, witnesses die, the abused ones are not believed by the judges and police ultimately put in place.
As for Satanism: You know how Satanism comes into play in the Franklin case? Bonacci accuses Lt. Col. Dr. Michael Aquino, a US army general, who is/was a military intelligence officer specialising in psychological warfare and who is also the founder of the Satanist Temple of Set. Seriously. I bet Aquino himself doesn't even believe in the satanic church he founded. But is a church that tells people to 'deify' themselves instead of submitting to societal norms attractive to people who want to fuck and torture kids and whatnot without feeling shame? You bet. And valuable blackmail material might be the result. Plus victims who tell stories that are so crazy that nobody believes them.

Of course there was also a 'Satanic panic' in the 90's which had innocent people convicted. Just look at what happened to the West Memphis 3, Damien Echols landed on death row ffs. But the Franklin cover up was clearly not part of some Satanic panic.
