This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

He recently rose to prominence for filing 16 complaints against local beauticians who offer bikini waxes to actual women but have refused to wax his male genitals, then for seeking permission from the Township of Langley, British Columbia, for “LGBTQ2S” groups to hold topless-optional swimming parties for “all people aged 12+,” with parents and guardians barred from attending.

In a post Tuesday at the Free North America forums, Whatcott revealed that Yaniv is seeking $35,000 for “gender identity or expression” discrimination for publicly referring to him in sidewalk preaching and a flyer as a “biological male” and a “I removed this as it’s unnecessary” looking to “prey on vulnerable biological women.”

Whatcott is problematic, doesn’t help himself, and I don’t like his language so this post is not to endorse Whatcott but as a comment on JYs current litigious behaviour

The whole tribunal is an absolute farce. I cannot believe the member is allowing this colossal shitfest to continue. We can all see what JY is. How can she allow this to continue? It needs to be called off immediately. I'm livid. My mood is not being helped by continually policing pronouns either.

My understanding of the tribunal is that they have no power to compel and don’t investigate anything.
If the decision is appealed then this case would go to real court.
I think for women generally that would be a really good outcome.
For the women involved it would be terrifying.
For JY it would catastrophic.

These days, doctors know nothing compared to people like myself who have spent six months doing Gender Studies before being forced to quit due to the stress of being made to write essays twice a month.

So-called ‘biological’ women have had it far too good for far too long. The only way we will achieve true equality is if trans women are given more rights than cis women. We need to remove the privilege from cis women, so that men who identify as women can be given the upper hand. That’s the beauty of intersectional feminism. That’s why this case is so important.

It's for that reason my eye was caught by your post about Bill Whatcott. I would imagine if that dispute ended up in court there would be a chance to ask direct questions of Yaniv, to find contradictions with evidence he'd given in another legal forum, and then push for verifiable evidence to be provided. This wouldn't decide the court case, but it would show how the law, and particularly how it is implemented, is unfit for purpose. And especially how it can be used by abusers.

If Yaniv had any sense he'd step away from all legal proceedings to stop damaging himself and his cause further. But then Yaniv is driven by fetishes and hatreds and might not actually be able to stop.

I saw that - alongside JY's proposal to instruct children on their usage tho' that wasn't in the accompanying screenshots, just in the intro to the screenshots. NB, presumably children rather than just girls because let's not think that sanitary product use is specific to one sex.

I am really curious about this idea, I think it's important. Particularly, I am wondering where it really started. I think I first heard people warning about this kind of problem quite far back, well before trans issues ever took off.

I mean, he can;'t even keep a straight face half the time. Of course he's loving it. Every moment of it. Especially the parts where he's interviewed on popular media, right up in the same spots where someone of significance would normally be. Especially when he's asked "difficult" questions, when he gets to make shit up on the fly, and feel mighty clever about it, as he watches everyone not dare challenge or rebutt, let alone say "You're a bloke, you don't menstruate. Ah, it looks like I mis-read. The member seemed to continue to resist the really damaging evidence of Yaniv and their nature being introduced into the proceedings.

So far this whole process has been pretty toothless but if I'm honest I'm kinda hoping this fails so the case gets heard in real court.

My worry is if the members' final ruling leaves splinters in her arse then we could end up no further forward with the whole twam / what's a woman thing.
