This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

JY threatening KFs user WGkitty screen shot. The info from Null (KFs owner) is verification that these threats come from JY.

There's no doubt about 'not of sound mind', however long term evidence over years demonstrates that this isn't a breakdown happening to someone otherwise living typical behavioural norms, it's a permanent state of being. And absolutely yes to the commentators saying that the CoHR and the Canada laws have enabled this behaviour and downright nurtured it. It is going to have to be faced that

a) The whole current transgender ideology is an open door to being used by any male predating, and there is no way to separate someone 'genuine' who can be trusted to behave appropriately from someone seeing a golden ticket to predate and abuse. Or at minimum to gain a whole lot of attention and be allowed to behave in ways others are prevented from.

b) Leaving aside the statistics of high frequency comorbidity, and the rate of identification in prison populations despite this being relevant: this kind of personality disordered behaviour, thinking, fetishism and sexual underpinning, treatment of women, exploiting and weaponizing the police/courts/legal system is increasingly common and escalating in the western world, and the legal system and the local and national government system have to come up with a way to identify these people and use a different pathway to deal with them. Not meekly follow systems when those systems are being abused and are actively encouraging and facilitating vexatious abusers with a huge cost to public time, money and resources. Rights come with responsibilities.

c) Boundaries have to stay boundaries equally for all, with no special exemptions regardless of how people identify. Or how scary and threatening and time consuming their behaviour tends to get when they feel thwarted.

We (many of us working on the coal face in various ways with this) pointed out the obvious risk assessment/EQIA issues and the bleeding obvious foreseeable issues that required proactive treatment to avoid people with other protected characteristics and the general public in general being harmed.

Across the world, we saw all this coming and we told you.

I have to say that MN and KF are now the only 2 places on the internet that make any sense to me, which is not something I thought I'd ever say.

The farm is savage, but funny, humourous and smart. The MN FWR - KF meld of 2019 is one of the least expected but best things thats happenned out in lala internet land recently imo.

Looks like they have been the victim of a hit and run now, but luckily survived and seems unhurt. I can see why Canada is such a hostile place for trans people now, and wish JY luck in suing the driver, car manufacturer, police for not taking it seriously and newspaper who the reporter was working for.

Update - new legal threat from JY to KFs user WGkitty and the entire building

WGkitty is verified as living in JYs building and has been commenting on KFs and twitter with insider info., and ‘live’ reports on JYs / MYs goings-on.

JY has now issued a verbal harassment notice to WGkitty and the whole building because of this.

I believe he's talking about suing what is known as a Body Corporate. In Anglo countries, apartment buildings are erected and collectively owned by all apartment owners in the building. The legal entity that owns the building and decides what to do to it based on ownership stake is the Body Corporate, including forced sale proceedings.

This person believes they are protected. They are behaving with reckless abandon. I believe their behaviour poses a credible risk of harm (filming children in the pool etc), yet no authority seems willing to make a statement.

Very different circumstances, but it reminds me of the jimmy saville dynamic.

More than once - I was so staggered by the absolute pomposity and yep, as 2B says absolutely no self awareness of the actual position they’re in.

I’m not surprised that who ever wrote that email is disavowing any further involvement.

I’m really hoping that RCMP / HRT are made aware of this.

JY has made actual death threats to this person and is now trying to flush out their identity via legal threat. No motive at all

I don’t think JY will keep up radio silence for long, and I also think ‘agent’ is code for lawyer or similar

It's not completely unjustified for him to believe he's protected though is it? I mean, perhaps it won't extend to this particular course of action, but he has enjoyed a quite extraordinary level of cosseting and favour so far. From multiple sources. The tribunal, Twitter, the refusal of mainstream Canadian news outlets to report in detail and accurately on his behaviour. He hasn't just invented the idea that he can do outrageous things and be protected from the deserved consequences.

Horrid yes I agree, his belief that he is protected seems correct. Who is protecting him and why, I wonder? Does he have some dirt on powerful people?

How can the police not have grounds to search his hard drive yet?!
