I know I did, as people wanted proof so I gave it (still got to find the actual thread but you all clearly remember it so it did exist)

I'm not turning anything round on you Confused I was asked for proof and gave it like asked. And I truthfully don't know why people want me to resurrect it anyway, it really wasn't a pleasant thread and showed up a lot of things that happens on here.

You might be correct, Roses, but that's definitely not my recollection.

I think most posters on this board actively welcome different opinions - it makes for a much more interesting thread. That's why it's so annoying when people just refuse to engage with the tricky stuff or proudly proclaim that they 'don't give a shit', & think these are valuable contributions.

I've asked many many times for these people with different opinions but basically it still boils down to 'don't be mean, it turns people off'.

Roses ... perhaps make sure you have the objective evidence available to share before you make any assertion?

This is usual practice for anyone who wants to be perceived as credible.

Collect your objective evidence, make your assertion and link to that objective evidence immediately before making any post ?

I'm not concerned, I'd love to be able to find it (it was a two parter thread, there was two of them, why part 2 got started is anyone's guess, even one poster said something like "Noooo! Why prolong it?" lol
I was just wondering why the heck people want me to resurrect it that's all.

I'm confused now. I thought Roses was looking for evidence of something but only had PMs so wasn't prepared to show those and some of us tightly said they wouldn't be evidence anyway, merely anecdotal experiences. I can't remember what the something was now with all the other nonsense but it wasn't forthcoming anyway. One might naturally presume because it doesn't exist. Something to do with gender dysphoria and choices perhaps?

I had a quick look but can't find the thread Roses is talking about, & I've gone back 6 pages in FWR. Maybe it was in AIBU or something? Good luck anyone finding it in there...

Anyway - those 6 pages wet back to the start of July. 6 pages in less than a fortnight, largely talking about precisely this issue (I'd say at least half the posts).

Which does rather argue against the whole wide eyed 'oh goodness all the nice feminists have been turned off & gone elsewhere, you're putting them off' argument.
