How many transwomen are there in the general population compared to women?

There are about 60 transwomen in prison out of a UK population of the order of 330,000. There are a couple of hundred women in prison for sexual offences out of a UK population of around 30 million. Given the way the stats are compiled, it's possible that some of the women are actually transwomen. So who is more likely to commit sexual offences - women or transwomen?

That's good then, I'm glad she does. So it's not just me then, it is actually normal to cite sources instead of refusing to when someone asks and getting snippy instead.
