Has anyone listened to the transcripts on the Waxmyballs youtube channel? JY sounds so stupid and uneducated it's incredible. He can barely string a sentence together. I cant believe he didnt hire a lawyer to represent him (I think he would have probably won if he had).

He's now trying to claim to be intersex and that he has both sets of male and female genitalia, which is of course utter hairy bollox just like the ones in this case. Virtually all intersex conditions are genetically male or female, with ambiguous genitals or deformities, NOT both normal sets of genitals at once. Even the extremely rare ones that result from genetic mosaicism where some cells have a Y chromosome/SRY region and some dont, involve internal ovotestes, not 2 sets of fully functional male and female genitals as JY is suggesting. youd think he would have sone some basic googling, given he is submitting evidence to a court tribunal, however rigged it is.

I'm as deeply confused about this as most other people but, among the many somewhat conflicting statements, hasn't JY explained to JC (the legal representative for the respondents) that 'one set is functioning and the other one isn't and that is what intersex means'. (That's JY's explanation and not what anyone else's would be.)

NB - I may have misunderstood what you meant but then this whole business is so

I can’t help but think that JY is simply lying through their teeth, safe in the knowledge that no one can demand a medical evaluation to corroborate their BS claims that they are intersex, have male genitalia and have been menstruating since their teens.
