I thought exactly the same thing. That pride March was just a fetish fest wasn’t it? Things that would have got you locked up for offending public decency are now paraded in the streets, cheered on by idiotic politicians.

This disturbs me greatly too. How do they think that these people are to be celebrated? Where will it stop?

What did I just see? Quite apart from the fetish aspect, why are adult human males not ashamed of being seen in public, exposed as people with no common sense, dignity, judgment or sense of occasion.

That photo is disgusting. I don't care if anyone thinks I'm being "phobic". If you get your kicks by dressing up as baby girls then you've got a serious problem and society shouldn't be feting you as some sort of fucking hero to be celebrated. See also those people dressing up in leather fetish gear and dog masks. Do what you want in your own bedroom, no need to share it with the world. (Unless it involves dressing up as baby girls. Nobody should be doing that.)

The public at large probably think this is blokes dressing up for a laugh - like putting the groom in a dress for a stag do. I would have been one of those until eighteen months ago: I then discovered FWR and a whole sub-culture of nappy fetishists, furries, pups and the never to be forgotten Stephonknee and Baloo Challenor. Until you have that awareness, it all seems pretty benign.......but once you have, your reaction to such images/stories becomes totally different. I'm now looking at ANY adult in an animal costume and wondering......

Also worth noting that only approved photographers were allowed, meaning this may be the tamest of things seen.

Seems like society is going backwards in what is perceived as acceptable. Men of the ilk of those shown in the photo were highlighted as fetishists in late-night programmes like Eurotrash in the 90s. They definitely wouldn’t have been seen on a Pride parade. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that no one with any clout is challenging this.

This is not OK BBC. It will never be OK for grown men to dress up as little girls and parade their fetish.

I have complained to the BBC about the BBC supporting male perversions and grooming on other occasions. Every response is a bold justification of why they can do this and clearly why I am a bigot for not finding the sexual exploitation of children by middle aged men 'inclusivse'.

I know this has been mentioned before, but the thing that gets me is that for so long, gay people fought to tell the world that being gay was not a fetish or a kink. That gay people are just the same as straight, it's just that their sexual partner was the same sex as them.

I have seen footage of people from African countries and other places, where being gay still literally will get you killed and there is just no way you could be out, at Pride. I wonder what they think of the adult babies and pups at Pride?

The fetish aspect of pride needs dealing with. Or at least politicians and sponsors need to rethink their associations with these events.

Just looked at the article this came from. There is definitely a theme in the pictures isn't there? Out of the 15 photos, there are 2 where a woman is the main focus. And one of those is a Muslim woman in a rainbow headscarf, so there is already another subject of focus there.

They had footage of furries on their tv news - mid evening. (My son was gobsmacked that I knew what they were.)

So lesbians defining themselves as women who love women and asserting their boundaries is bad, but men displaying their fetish for being a baby is perfectly acceptable and something to be proud of.
