Hi I'm a long time lurker, who read with disgust the last thread and wants to send , to caro. I've scanned since last thread finished for new one but no luck! Hope no one minds if I start one!

Yes. Although there were two people sitting behind SH in solicitors' row who didn't seem to be doing much.

SH is a SHL, obv.

SH was just loving it.

If I recall correctly, FwR started looking at/discussing Kiwi Farms for their discussions about David Challoner (convicted child rapist) and JY (tampon fetishist who makes contact with 10-12 year old girls online and tries to sue female beauticians who refuse to wax his balls).

Once we were looking in that direction, we naturally came across their thread on Hayden.

No individual mumsnetter or twitter feminist is responsible for that thread being read/shared/discussed.

Will Caro get to show all the evidence against SH and the harassment she has received as it sounds like judge is leaning towards both parties harassing each other but really SH is far more dangerous.

Just following Joani's tweets. Glad to see it's been raised that Caro directly asked Hayden and Harrop to leave her alone and they wouldn't. I saw that at the time, hopefully they have all the evidence of this.

This puts on record the link from SH to that blog, I don't see how HS hasn't shot them self in the foot with this. But stranger judgements have happened.

Yes. Also, if you have a diffuse pack of harassers cooperating behind the scenes it can be difficult to point to one particular individual's involvement whereas with the victim responding, perhaps intemperately, their actions are very easy to identify.

I do hope that the judge notes the involvement of the good doctor in the escalating intimidation and bullying.

That depends on your perspective. Someone might see great advantage in firstly wearing down someone's mental health and secondly consuming very large amounts of their money.

I vaguely remember stories of a family dispute (happened before my time) that ended with both people being ‘bound over to keep the peace’.

That must’ve been in the 1960s - I wonder what the modern day equivalent would be?
