Turning up at your door sounds like an attempt to intimidate. Court orders can usually be served by putting them in the post.

The judge ordered that they were to be delivered personally i.e. to Caroline. The narc decided that this meant that Steph was meant to personally deliver them. That's how terrified and scared the narc is, they are so brave that they went to their alleged abusers house to hand them over.

Why the urge to tell Caroline 'I don't agree with all your views'? We could all say that to anyone surely. This issue is what it is and we all agree, with the exception of any trans advocates who may have popped up, that Caro has been, and is still being, treated appallingly.

Thanks for that, so they have initiated a civil case against Scottow also. That needs adding to the spreadsheet if anyone happens to be creating one for the Attorney Generals attention. It’s good to watch how they all turn out as that information is required when submitting details of a vexatious litigant.

You are standing up to bully boy tactics because this kind of harrassment towards women is never acceptable.

We try to teach boys this so why two grown ups feel this is a way to behave is beyond most decent people.

Jessica, when you talk about a spreadsheet, is there someone actually collating all of Miss Hayden's activities -- apart from the "farmers" I mean? I'd like to think so.

This web page details how you bring a case to the High Court. To a non-legal person (such as myself), hearing that a High Court Order has been served sounds terrifying. However, it appears that anyone can lodge a claim of slander, defamation or libel as long as they fill in the forms and pay the fee.

There are circuit courts where the paperwork can be lodged - why on earth would someone and their friend travel to London to do it? It's almost like they're doing it this way in order to make some kind of grand statement on Twitter, in order to impress upon everyone the gravity of the situation - otherwise why would the High Court be dealing with it?

Yeah, all you have to do is fill in a form and pay a fee, you then choose how to serve the claim to the defendant.

We're afraid we've had to delete a few posts here. As you might or might not know, we don't allow people to post links to crowdfunders on Mumsnet. But also, we feel that signposting people to crowdfunders elsewhere and that sort of thing, is part and parcel of the same issue, really.

We know that's disappointing for many people but we do have to apply the same rules fairly across the boards, regardless of what the cause is.

We're happy for everyone to be offering Caroline support here, but we think really this thread has to be a place for moral support only, rather than financial support.

One of the things that is so disappointing (I understand @MNHQ ) is how I am constantly watched across every internet platform.

It’s very clear that there is a faction of extremely vindictive and spiteful people quite literally attempting to ruin our lives and financially destroy in order to exact revenge.

The power of an unhinged mob is really something to behold. There appears to be a concerted efforts to deny me any access to legal representation and therefore justice.

Really? If just gets worse and worse 😡

I feel increasingly these days that we are barely a hair's breadth removed from our ancestors who screamed about witches and jeered at tumbrils. The mob mentality is really exactly as it always was. People feel safe letting loose their baser instincts in a crowd.
