Hi I'm a long time lurker, who read with disgust the last thread and wants to send Thanks, to caro. I've scanned since last thread finished for new one but no luck! Hope no one minds if I start one!

I cannot see a judge going in favour of Hayden once Caro's evidence is out in front of him. It's so blatantly obvious Hayden and Harrop have been on an harassment crusade and they're making our legal system a laughable shit show because they think they're untouchable.

Have ANY of these cases ended up in prosecution? Parker, Yardley, Glinner, Scottow, Harry, etc?

Parker is still waiting for a conclusion. Scottow is still under investigation with the police and being sued by Hayden. Glinners case was dropped. Yardley case thrown out

No I don't believe they have. But a decent solicitor is required to put an end to this vexatious bullying of GC people.

What happened with the case against Mumsnet and / or alittlehelp18 - I know the man user details where handed over to much SH fanfare, but that's gone quiet too. Are we supposed to forget cos we can't keep two ideas in our heads?

No.

I keep mentioning, as it’s really really relevant, that in order to be listed as a vexatious litigant ( there’s an online list on government website ) someone ( ANYONE ) just has to have the details ( perhaps by contacting each person targeted ) and compile them into a spreadsheet and send to the attorney general for consideration ( perhaps including all the online discussion the person does about each case, inc threats etc ). So if anyone on Kiwifarms or anyone at all, wants to spend a little time researching and getting together the details of each proceedings and the results, they really should do so.

I don’t imagine they had to go very far into their undoubtedly deep pockets to shut that down sharpish. Doubt we’ll hear any more on that this century.

Needmoresleep yes we are read by the farmers... although I am sure I’ve seen a few comments re sending detailed info to the Attorney General there.
So we’ve got:
Glinner proceedings instigated: conclusion: case dropped by claimant
Daily Mail: proceedings instigated: ongoing
Kate: CPS or civil suit?
Now Caro
Also believe KF have info and screenshot of court document re claim against their old friend where they were awarded some money
Oh and of course the MN proceedings which has concluded and we don’t know if court proceedings against LittleHelp have been instigated?
