but there are general laws that prevent someone encouraging others to commit crimes, including sections 44 and 45 of the Serious Crime Act 2007. Repeated use of offensive or insulting language can also be treated using the offence of harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997

I note the Fail has covered it, and has a quote from the police stating that Caroline has been invited to a 'voluntary' interview.

No mention of the threat to arrest if she fails to attend the 'voluntary' interview, of course.

I did the home office online fgm e-learning last week and it definetely said if a child was taken abroad for fgm even if legal in that country a crime would have been committed by the person who took the child out the country and they could be prosecuted upon return.
