IOC hap pointing out "without any shadow of a doubt" that [elite athletes] will have the "upper hand" against females.

Dismissing RM as talking about average people.

Other Doctor now describing testosterone.

Males with eg level of 12 (in normal range of 10-30) suffer no disadvantage in the male field

Females: range is 0.5 - 3, so getting TW with drugs down to 10 is ridiculously high - even 5 is "high" and providing an advantage.

Male medical experts stating uncategorically that men retain advantages over women.

(Interesting point somewhat cut off by presenter about how men's blood processes(?) testosterone - it may be different and in itself provide an advantage over how women's bodies process it. Anyone know where he was going with that?)
