I have really, really enjoyed today

Do you know what, I have been sobbing at work today, and dealing with incredibly rude and aggressive people, and I didn't get a break for 6 hours, and when I came home after the full shift, I had to cook tea and put a wash on and emotionally support troubled children, but damn right. Today has been a good day.

It strikes me that actual sportswomen - any woman who is fit, strong and assertive in any discipline at any level, never mind the big names - must be a huge challenge to the AGP concept of womanhood. I certainly don't see any wan and fainting females in my dojo, for example nor at the lakeside in winter when the best swimmers are well-padded women in their fifties.
