I've read nullos have orgasmic capacity provided some penis stump is left, if a cock and balls provides that much dysphoria that's an option some surgeons provide (just removal of male genitalia). Makes more sense to me than an easily damaged neovagina that needs dilation regularly. If it's about being a receptive sexual partner presumably a neovagina is as fragile as a rectum anyway.
There's also the option to retain the penis and have a neovagina constructed behind it, in the perineum area, apparently. I'm hoping that was just trolling, but as it's the US and you get whatever you can pay for there, who knows?

I got this reply

(1/2) Hi Jean, when you consent to Opt-In for organ and tissue donation when you join the ODR, this does not include consent for womb donation or these types of novel transplants...

(2/2) At the time of death families will be asked to give specific agreement for these novel organs, this is why we encourage donors to make their friends and family aware of their decisions.

Reassuring that a 'novel transplant' would require specific permission in addition to be on the donors list. I'd hate to have to take my name off it, but like donating eggs, I'm not willing to risk participating (even very tentatively in theory) in the creation of a child I will have no contact with and have no means of ensuring the care and wellbeing of, and absolutely not to participate in the creation of a child for the purpose of medical experimentation and social justice.

Surely, a would-be donor should be given the opportunity to opt out in writing, on the consent form, eg to say that they do not give their consent for their reproductive organs to be donated?

It used to be the case on the old donor card though that people could opt out of donating certain organs. I know people who, for example, would not allow eyes.
