Hilarious response from the brewery. It seems the statement about women being a female human is offensive and ideological and therefore protecting their customers is a safeguarding issue.... ha ha ha

I can't help myself after a few pints and will start trapping off in my tshirt at the local too. Thankfully it's solidly working class, so not a groomed beard in sight to spoil my fun. I have already told the staff that the message is considered hate speech and they don't believe me, so I think I am safe to continue with my acts of literal violence for the time being.

Safeguarding is a framework supported by legislation to protect children and vulnerable adults & this should always be a priority.

The leaflets by Fairplay for Women that were deemed 'transphobic' identify a number serious risks to Safeguarding & Child Protection frameworks as a consequence of proposed gender self-id.

Pubs, licence holders & supervisors should also have clear priorities:

the prevention of crime and disorder
public safety
prevention of public nuisance
the protection of children from harm

I am going to choose to find it funny that challenging men about their opinions is now considered offensive.
