From what I have been reading on Twitter I got the impression that the complainant may have a "high profile" of sorts. If I've got that right I wonder if that swayed the bar owners actions in any way? As I said I may have got the wrong end of the stick.

I wasn't even sitting on the same floor as him - we'd gone downstairs in case the annoying noise of our timer bothered the other patrons. About as far away as possible from me being drunk and carried out.
