I feel so sad for this child.

But then again there's mental gymnastics on MN on chikd sexualisation because if a poster dares say they think agirl in sexualized clothing isn't appropriate for a bowling party aged 8 then there's always cries of victim blaming, how it's empowering for the girl, how anyone who sees anything wrong with a girl with a push up bra top on, her bum cheeks out and a pair of heels is the one with the problem, no wonder Jimmy saville got away with it when people blame children etc.
I can never work out whether those posters genuinely hold those views or if they're just trying to seem woke and cool whilst knowing they'd refuse to allow their child out like that.

Ereshkigal · 16/12/2018 15:20

Shit - I just realised this isn't the child I thought it was!

I thought this thread was about Lactatia, obviously sexualising young boys is a thing now

Yes there are at least two and Desmond (given that he's only 10 he's obviously being backed by others) is setting up a "drag club for kids"

HestiaParthenos · 16/12/2018 15:30

Well, yeah, it is all the rage to be sex-pozzy and woke and all that shit.

It has to do with trans insofar as liberal feminism probably considers it "empowering".

Avegemitesandwich · 16/12/2018 15:32

This is about the sexualisation of children.
Nothing to do with trans

I think it is actually. If this were a boy just dressed like a boy dancing for adult men everyone would be horrified. But because he is a 'drag kid' (ie. He dresses like Gwen Stefani whilst dancing for adult men) he is just 'being his authentic self' (a term used all the time by TRAs) and anyone who thinks it's sick is 'bigoted' blah blah blah. There is tonnes on his Instagram about him being a LGBTQ 'advocate'. It's all parroted from the trans agenda. He is fucking 10 years old.

Agree with the poster above who said if this was truly OK he would be performing at his school, not in adult nightclubs.

It's so fucked up.

Avegemitesandwich · 16/12/2018 15:34

Looking on his Instagram someone I know already follows him. She is very woke and often posts about 'trans rights' etc.

Yep, Lactatia is another one - he calls his fans 'Lactators'. I think he is even younger actually.

MrsJayy · 16/12/2018 15:43

Courtney Act was spouting on celeb big brother about being a supressed child drag queen and how he wanted to empower kids to come out whilst sitting in a split to the thigh dress and push up bra Hmm

VashtaNerada · 16/12/2018 15:54

I agree. I’m passionate about trans rights but this is utterly unacceptable. By all means let Desmond dress up and do song & dance routines but there is absolutely no reason why these need to be sexualised or at adult venues. I’d feel exactly the same if he was female-bodied. Horrible.

andyoldlabour · 16/12/2018 16:02

Whether it is a 10 year old boy or 10 year old girl dancing in a nightclub in front of adults, it is wrong on so many levels. If folks ask why it seems to have been accepted by the gay community, and why the child protection services have not been involved, then this excellent article by Julie Bindel may provide a few answers.

@Avegemitesandwich,

Yes, and PinkNews seems to have a fascination for 9 year old "Lactatia".

I've just watched this. What's worrying me is that Michael Alig and Ernie Glam seem to have more consideration for this child than his own parents.

Its worth being aware of who they are and also the picture that they are all sat under.

R0wantrees · 16/12/2018 16:30

The two men whilst giving Desmond presents talk a lot about when he'll be going to night clubs, how nice it would be to wear high heels to school and stretch out his legs to show them off etc.

Who is their channel aimed at?

Oh I know exactly who they are. That's what's so shocking about it.
Whether its pageant , induced illness, trans kids or drag kids the parents obsession with attention is fucking dangerous.

DandelionsAreNotLions · 16/12/2018 16:40

At least they did mention "in 11 or 12 years" , his parents are having him dancs in them now and having him make a Michael Alig fan gift and framing it to give him on film.

As I said before Michael fucking Alig !!!!.!!

JohnMcCainsDeathStare · 16/12/2018 16:52

I recall Take That did similar things in gay bars when they were 16-17

flyingdragonzog · 16/12/2018 17:01

It's always been an open secret that there's paedophilia in show business and young stars are the targets

I don't think it's any different now other than YouTube means the parents themselves are sometimes involved in the exploitation

The amount of childhood stars who seem to end up with psychosis and babbling about it and we're told not to listen because they're not credible... bit like the girls who nobody listened to because they were not credible in Rotherham, Oxford, Telford and so on...

R0wantrees · 16/12/2018 17:02

DandelionsAreNotLions
Absolutely!

MrsJayy · 16/12/2018 17:07

flying that keeps popping into my mind these boy child stars of the past I don't think many of them grew up well did they Sad

SlowlyShrinking · 16/12/2018 17:13

There’s a video of this little boy linked to on another thread, where he’s in conversation with an adult man dressed as a woman and the child refers to people snorting ketamine. I’ll try and find the link.

DandelionsAreNotLions · 16/12/2018 17:14

Like Mckauley Caulking .
Sleeps in Michael Jacksons bed and interestingly played Michael Alig in a biopic.

Of course the predators are to blame but "fame whore" parents ( more like pimps really) have a lot of responsibility here.

MrsJayy · 16/12/2018 17:19

Coreyfeildman once wrote he was jealous of Mccauley after MJ dumped him for McCaulley its just not right is they were children breaks yourheart the damage that was and can be done.

SlowlyShrinking · 16/12/2018 17:19

Fucking disturbing and just paedophilia, not even hiding in plain sight, just in plain sight

flyingdragonzog · 16/12/2018 17:22

A few years ago different username I tried to start a thread about the amount of child stars who had implied that something was happening on a big scale and needed exposing

Most flamed me and said it was the stuff of conspiracy theories and that none of the stars were credible

Every few months another one seems to think they're on the verge of exposing something... then next thing you know they're in rehab or dead or something.

These people have more power than the police etc - they're who controls what we think and believe via the information we watch and listen to everyday

SlowlyShrinking · 16/12/2018 17:25

flyingdragonzog, I completely believe them/you and I’m actually starting to think that paedophilia is the driving force behind a lot of careers/institutions/organisations. Men’s twisted sexuality is terrifying

MrsJayy · 16/12/2018 17:25

WTAF he did that wiping motion without a thought

SlowlyShrinking · 16/12/2018 17:29

It’s actually not a wiping motion MrsJayy that’s how ketamine is usually snorted, off the hand, sort of in the dip between the thumb and index finger
