Has anyone seen that video of the barmaid in Cardiff whose colleague "hugged" her so hard she passed out?

The "hug" was how I heard it portrayed from another news source. The video is one of the most disturbing things I have seen in a long time. The fact that the incident was downplayed by all the men involved including her bosses is very worrying. The fact the man in the video seems to be laughing as he lets go of her... It is very upsetting.

That is horrendous. He kept holding her for a long time after her arms went rigid. He could have killed her. He should be investigated for more than just assault.

It looks like he is deliberately pressing under her ear to cut off blood to the brain and make her pass out. It looks quite intentional and he seems satisfied when it 'worked'. A disturbing power trip. He should be watched.

Yes I think it is his left hand pressing aginst the artery while he holds her still and shields what he is doing with his right arm.

Yes I thought this all seemed very deliberate. He was not at all surprised or worried when she passed out. Agree he needs to be inside. It is clearly not the first time he has done that and the next time he is on his power trip he will probably kill someone. Really not normal behaviour!

He was probably showing off doing it in front of the others. It wouldn't surprise me if he told them what he was going to do first - which is why they didn't help until she fell.

Saw this a few days ago. It’s not just the incident itself, it’s the fact that she didn’t know what had happened until she watched the CCTV back again and when she said this doesn’t look right, she was told to just get over it and she’s the one who ended up losing her job over it. Absolutely shocking. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it.

God that was an upsetting watch Sad Seeing her arms go rigid and the sick bastard smiling just before he let her go. I can’t believe he isn’t facing criminal charges, it’s outrageous. Strangling and choking are great massive red flags that this disgusting creature will go on to really seriously hurt or kill a woman. Police can visit Glinner for nowt, yet this creep seems not even to have had a slap on the wrist. I keep thinking, is it really 2018? Because it doesn’t really feel like it. I feel like we’re on a one-way train to Gilead.

The was a very unsavoury character I once knew - perpetrator of DV etc. He boasted of different techniques to use in fights/combat. I remember him discribing this technique in detail. How the blood goes into the brain in a pair of arteries and can be accessed in a particular area. You use your knuckle to press hard into it (I can't remember if it was the left or right side that worked better) and you can quickly make someone pass out by starving their brain of oxygen. He had been into prison many times and this is the kind of tip that gets passed around.
