I am confused by your argument about pregnancy by rape and the denial of abortion.
My views on abortion are that as a society we should make more serious steps to tackle rape and sexual abuse, to shift the predominant view away from seeing women as sexual objects and away from PIV as the primary means of sexual interaction. Society (and men) should respect women and their right to say no.
Women who have unplanned pregnancies should be supported with a range of real choices, such as childcare and welfare to allow them to make a proper choice about what to do.
I would like to see society reduce the need for abortion, rather than denying it to women, because I think overall, abortion has a darker side which is to do with leaving women to pick up the pieces of sexual relationships at risk to their health and well-being and it also offers a route to coercive population policies and individual choices are not always free.
I am not sure if this is a left wing or a right wing view. I don’t even know if it is a realistic view. However, the reality of denying abortion is dangerous back street abortions increase and so does maternal mortality. At that basic level, it is not a political issue but a medical and human rights issue.
That apart, surely whether you are a feminist or not is up to you. No-one can convince you really one way or the other. Some days I would like not be a feminist as it is easier just to rub along and accept the status quo - other times, i find myself extremely angry the way women have been treated historically and still are today. You just need to pick up a paper any day of the week to find a story of a woman murdered or assaulted, usually by a man she trusted. If that does not enrage you, then what does?
