Lily Madigan and the School Saga

Lily Madigan has been self-praising again, with more details about how they "sued" their school.

They hired a "team of solicitors", to "advice" Lily and the "principle" gave in on all their "demands".

The truth is slightly different.

Lily arrived at school wearing basically a boob tube. They were sent home because it was against uniform policy. Any girl wearing that for school would have been asked to change or go home. It's clear Lily was looking for a reason to kick things off.

Lily was not "made to wear a man's suit". They were asked to adhere to the school uniform - like any pupil. The girls wear a blazer too and can wear a skirt or trousers; many girls choose to wear trousers and the blazer.

Lily organised a petition. It was an ONLINE petition, quite different to a paper one. The support Lily claimed she had is very difficult to prove.

The school's staff tried very hard to placate Lily. They had meetings with their mother, the pastoral care team, etc - and got nowhere. It apparently caused distress to Lily's younger sister who was at school.

Lily contacted a solicitor in London. Because of the Equality Act the school did have to cater to transgender pupils - and when the school was informed of their obligations they changed their policy in accordance to the Act.

There was no suing of the school. There was no legal action, certainly no "legal battle", as Lily repeatedly claims.

There was no victimisation of Lily. Afterwards, the school said they had tried very hard for Lily and their words and actions had been deliberately twisted.

And now Lily still says that "they won", they "got it all", and that they did all this behind their parents' backs, and then "embarked on a media tour".

Lily's parents knew about it all, right from the day Lily was sent home.

She was tweeting if someone could send her a free copy of the Communist Manifesto.

Madigan should be able to borrow a copy from a library.

Re: Lily's "better written" tweets - I doubt it's someone else writing or an editor. I think now that she has started at Goldsmith's studying politics she is just regurgitating things she's heard or read.

Lily is a great appropriator/sponge.

And Lily has now explained the "transition fund". Any money donated is for her facial feminisation surgery, which she says is not funded on the NHS.

But if you do have gender dysphoria there are treatments available, including FFS. The NHS lists them:

For trans women, surgery may involve:

an orchidectomy (removal of the testes)
a penectomy (removal of the penis)
vaginoplasty (construction of a vagina)
vulvoplasty (construction of the vulva)
clitoroplasty (construction of a clitoris with sensation)
breast implants 
facial feminisation surgery (surgery to make your face a more feminine shape)

So it seems Lily is choosing not to have any of the surgery save for the very last one on the list.

I think an analysis would suggest the hand of an editor or advisor behind the new style of tweets

LM's twitter account now says (and it didn't always) that not all tweets are written by them (which rather begs the question of the point of having a personal Twitter account)

I don't mind people running begging sites for anything they like. Caveat emptor - if you give to strangers on the internet you are taking a risk. People younger than me have grown up with this stuff I guess.

I bang on about consent in surgery a lot because I work with so many people who have had lifesaving but also life altering surgery. None of them ever feel they really and truly knew what they were letting themselves in for. The impact of a whole lot of strangers contributing money would make you more likely to think that this surgery MUST be right, it MUST help. But it's unlikely any of those donors will be there in the weeks, months and long years which you have in which to get used to what you are left with. I hope this surgery dies out soon and that people with transition surgery funds use the money for therapy, beer or travel tbh.

Because lily can't get a job at the moment, because lily doesn't look 'cis' enough to get a job.
Lily needs people to pay for a new face before even trying to get a job!
Applying for a job with people knowing that lily isn't female is impossible obviously, because young people of the male persuasion never get employed. It's a known fact that only females or people with surgery to look female can get jobs.

Plenty of non passing trans people work. They have legal protections like everyone else. They arent the hard done by unemployable people they make out. Not unless they arent the quiet hardworking type who just wanna get on with stuff and the job is nothing nore than nore validation any way

The transwomen I have knowingly met had great jobs tbh. Almost the sorts of jobs that girls find it difficult to imagine going for. Jobs with a high level of technical skill and public exposure that require the expression of personal authority. Where women are normally underrepresented.

I’ve seen plenty of non passing transwomen who have managed to find gainful employment. There are plenty of bars and shops around Goldsmiths that would employ a trendy young student no matter heir gender presentation. Lily’s inability to find a job is either because Lily is a lazy grifter or their reputation as a complete pain in the arse preceded them.

I would hazard that the 'not all tweets written by me' is designed to a) make Lily look more important than they are - like a big name with a whole team behind them. And b) to provide an arse-covering get out clause for tweets that inadvertently betray Lily's misogyny and racism.

London is full of bars, shops and cafes staffed by ambiguously gendered young people of both sexes. Lily could find a job if lily wanted one.

I think the issue (aside from laziness) is most likely that the sort of jobs that are open to young people with no particular skills and no work history tend not to come with a lot of people obeying you, or with many compliments.

This is ridiculous!! Lily has said she monitors Mumsnet forums for mentions of her so she is clearly stung by accusations that she is 21 and has never, ever had a paid job.

So her riposte to this is to say she can't get a job because of "societal transphobia" and to set up a fund for plastic surgery. So we all have to pay for Lily to get a new face before she can get a job!

I have no words!!

They enjoy being 100 percent appearing to be

In fact now they have even stepped up to posing for photos in clothes practically "waving " at us with that smug look on their face.

They are enjoying how far they are pushing everyone to go along with them no matter what they do. They won't do anythung to their body
