I think the guy is taking the piss to highlight the absurdity of self id.
I liked his line to Fae (paraphrase) "I respect your identity, and you respect mine, it's all lovely".

He doesn't come across as doing a stunt about showing the ridiculous nature of self-ID to me. His motivation appears to be very much more about seeing the advantages inherent in a system of identity politics in extremis, and like any self serving bloke, sees an opportunity to set himself as part of the extra privilege club.

The only difference between him and Fae is that he is being quite direct and Fae is still invested in the subterfuge methods that have paid dividends so far, and is a bit ticked off that someone is trying to piggyback on Fae.

Which is all deliciously ironic, of course.

Hilarious, Fae has to back pedal like mad on all the legal self ID arguments to explain why it isn't the same concept.

I know JF would probably argue that they were being sarcastic - and of course many people tweak the facts on their OLD profiles usually how tall men are . But isn't it interesting how JF's response to someone having a problem getting the desired romantic / sexual interest is to tell lies about themselves.

But men never lie in order to gain the upper hand with prospective sexual partners! Who would possibly lie about being trans in order to take advantage of te access to female spaces that can accord?

4 weeks to the court verdict. The implications are massive. Why record date of birth if self ID of age is based on feelings. The same concept applies, it is based on the natural order of time which is only a human recording of the number of times the earth rotates, why is that more important than feelings, it's a human construct after all. Bring it on...the flat earthers will be overjoyed...1600 scientists can say, we don't really care what carbon dating says, we want to base it on how we feel about the objects we found from earlier civilisations.

Yeah, it's not going to go his way because it would open up far too many costly consequences that will have been considered - the female pensioners issue is one which springs to mind.

I think Malta and Ireland should definitely introduce self ID of age, they need more legal avenues for inflows and outflows of laundered money for fake identitty we can all hold up as Human Rights.

You can also buy residency for 200,000 Euros, a facility much taken up by Russian billionaires to get EU passports, create legal entities. My point being, we keep getting told we are behind Malta in trans human rights, where for a handsome cash bung a notary will organise you a free ID as a female to conceal and continue your nefarious business as a woman, and not be traceable in anyway to the shipments of the profitable white powder.
