Lessons learned: The Trump administration, the writer of the NYT article and Togawa need to educate themselves about the definitions of sex and gender and use the terms consistently as intended by their defined meaning, so they all won't sound any more as if speaking in tongues.

perhaps you should think about the fact that there might be something that Trump is doing better for women and what that says about those who are failing women. I also think that despite Trump being an utterly misogynistic, idiotic bastard, it's good that he's deescalated things with North Korea, and it makes sense for sex to mean biological sex.
That doesn't mean I support Trump, or would vote for him if I was in the US, it just means that even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

I like this is a definition of sex and think it is important our children learn the norms and that women do not lose any of our hard won rights and continue to break glass ceilings etc.

I also believe that gender is a more grey area and that trans people do need their place and rights too.

I love Germaine Greer and am shocked at how she's been treated for speaking out for women. If only she were a republican eh?
