There IS a clinic that claims to be able to see under a microscope which sperms are XY and which are XX (XX have bigger 'heads' apparently) and can artificially inseminate you with carefully selected sperm but it's still only 70% accurate.

No drug will change the sex of a sperm or a growing or a born human.
