Completed it the other day. I tackled it in chunks, it was quite the slog.

I would recommend people email the committee at [email protected] and explain that the consultation is really difficult for members of the public to understand and access, and express your concern about organisations like Stonewall influencing children to complete it with their "guidance".

MsNowtyBach · 11/10/2018 22:16

Done! Thank you for bringing to my attention.

DeRigueurMortis · 11/10/2018 22:21

All done and dusted here.

Also spoken to DH/DM/DF/DMIL/DFIL who have also filled it in.

Working on some friends/colleagues and pretty confident I'll get another 4/5 to fill it in.

SymphonyofShadows · 11/10/2018 22:23

Yes, I did it last week

MagicMix · 11/10/2018 22:23

Yep, done it and got a few other people to do it too.

I actually agree the whole thing should be disregarded, though, it's been so poorly executed. They should scrap it, start again, do it properly.

whathaveiforgottentoday · 11/10/2018 22:53

Yes, did it last week

Benjaminbuttonschild · 11/10/2018 23:18

Sorry, I'm not quite up to date with what's what, but I've just filled in the email listed above (fairplayforwomen one). Is that all I have to do or is there something separate that needs to be done before the 19th October?

Tia

Goposie · 11/10/2018 23:19

Yes

Lunarsey · 11/10/2018 23:26

I have completed it as has DH and a number of colleagues. I have a public sector background and thought I was used to government speak but it was a whole different order.

LittlePearl · 11/10/2018 23:40

Just finished it - relief, I'd been putting it off.

HollowTalk · 11/10/2018 23:43

Yes, I've done it. I think I should have copied and pasted "cognitive dissonance" to save some time Grin

hungryhippie · 11/10/2018 23:52

I did it a few days ago

MoltenLasagne · 12/10/2018 08:08

Just completed it this morning - I am very critical of the incomprehensible wording of the questions and have stated as such in the comments on the final question. Considering that changing this legislation would have the greatest impact on the most vulnerable in our society, the lack of other completion options seems a slap in the face for their concerns. Anyone who struggles with literacy or computer skills would have really struggled to understand that.

For anyone filling this out and looking for examples, interesting case in Norway where woman was sued for harassment for challenging an intact male in the changing room of a fitness centre:

CruellaDeVilsEvilSister · 12/10/2018 11:01

Completed and submitted. Very thankful for the Fair Play For Women guidance which I had on screen as a back up!

AlexanderHamilton · 12/10/2018 11:02

Did it yesterday & have shared on facebook with a Karen white link.

NoWittyUserName · 12/10/2018 14:55

Yes, and so relieved to have finally done it

The FPFW and Woman's Place guidance notes are excellent, I'd have been lost otherwise

Skimbleskanks · 12/10/2018 15:00

Found the form too long and confusing while looking after children but the FPFW one is brilliant, I've sent it to everyone as it only takes 30 seconds using auto fill for your name and address Smile

RogerAllamsFangirl · 12/10/2018 15:34

Just done it today.

JeSuisPrest · 12/10/2018 15:49

Done and got 2 friends to do it as well, who had NO IDEA about what was happening. Both are quite "woke" regarding trans issues, having older teens who have classmates who are gender fluid. Both initially reacted with "Just live and let live, they're not hurting anyone", until I asked then if they'd be happy with receiving a smear from a biological male when they had requested a female or if they wouldn't mind sharibg a prison cell with Karen White.

They have shared it also. I feel like a did a good thing today Smile

OhHolyJesus · 12/10/2018 16:05

Did mine yesterday, was glad to get it done with help from FPFW x

beyondthesky · 12/10/2018 16:27

Also done by myself and DH, encouraging people in the office to complete it as we speak.

Unfortunately, one female colleague said she can't see how it will affect her Hmm

Elementtree · 12/10/2018 16:52

Yes, I did it yesterday.

Catmint · 12/10/2018 16:56

My Dad has been peak transed by KW & Jacinta whatsit. He is completing the consultation.

TheCatFromOuterSpace · 12/10/2018 17:16

I'm glad I saw this thread. I've been spurred on to fill this in by a Facebook post by a fairly right on, left wing friend, asking for 'trans allies' to complete the consultation.

I started on it this morning, but gave up halfway through because I didn't really understand how to make my feelings fit in with the questions asked. It mostly seemed to be asking for the views of organisation, and trans people, and I am neither. I'm afraid I spent ages trying to work it out, then closed the whole thing without saving Blush.

I will read through the guidance helpfully linked above, and have another go!
