I think this part of the trans-specific guidelines would pertain in reference to this thread:

In this case, this man had committed a horrible offence before 'transitioning'.
I'd really hope that in general, no one would ever be deleted let alone banned for referring to a male convicted of sexual offences as 'a man'.
