I'm of the opinion that any male convicted of sex crimes (whether against women, children or men) has forfeited the right to any courtesy in how others choose to address him. He shouldn't be allowed to obscure his past by assuming a new 'identity'. (Same would go for any woman, but I've not heard of any cases of women sex offenders transitioning so that's somewhat theoretical.)

crimes are now logged on the "gender" the person says they are (even though it's sex that's important) and have been for some time.

Hence the sudden upswing in "women" convicted of sex offences including rape (has to be with a penis in UK and although women can get done for joint enterprise it is very rare).

There are "women" in prison in the women's estate who have cocks without GRCs as we speak. Karen white didn't have a grc for eg and was a rapist paedophile.

Most orgs -> prisons schools women's orgs political parties hosp wards etc have got AHEAD of the law in putting self ID into place and eveb furtehr as self ID will need a declaration if it happens, these orgs are all going on the say-so of any man who rocks up and wants in to where the women and girls are.

But this is the point. There can be NO picking and choosing the same as if a cunty person does something wrong they don't become "not" a woman.

Sex descriptors are straightforward. Women > cunt. Man > dick. Surgery to get facsimiles of the other does not make any difference.
