That basically boils down to the no true scotsman argument. You are unquestionably a woman, until you have committed a sexual offence twice (or whatever 'serial' means). Then you are suddenly a man again.

Commits no crimes but makes zero effort = he (Danielle Muscat's?)

Commits minor criminal offences + reasonably convincing = she

Commits major sexual offences = he.

Surely we can't be defining how we address people like this?

It seems to be that women with penises seem to be much more likely to commit these sort of crimes than women with vaginas or men with vaginas.

I did an AIBU a few months ago on how to help her trust her instincts when a “man” is in a woman-only space, and was roundly told to ensure she was respectful and non-bigoted and basically get over it.

While you dance around with your sophistry and your whataboutery and your appeals for niceness, make no mistake. What people like this man will hear is that you will smooth his path to access whoever would otherwise be at least partially protected from him.
