I can't see why anyone should call that person a woman.

We seem to be in a mad world where authorities are bowing down to abusive behaviour. By forcing others to call someone who is clearly not a woman and is behaving in an abusive, dangerous and predatory manner, they are also abusive.

If those who have power, in a democracy, to stand up to this are making the rest of us bow down to it with them, then they are paving the way for others who will. And that will not be pretty.
