Looks like his maleness was has worked for him and he gets to be recognised as a top female too.

Just why?

It doesn't make sense Datun It's a nonsense phrase, devoid and empty of any meaning.

As the saying goes:

'Empty vessels make the most noise.'

BeyondAnOmnishambles · 21/09/2018 13:34

"every single form of diversity in a holistic fashion and ensure that no type of diversity is excluded from the party"

How about so-called TERFs...? Should terfy diversity be included, according to Pips? Because name-calling them isn't very inclusive...

Datun · 21/09/2018 13:34

Agreed placemats.

I have now read three or four paragraphs of 'stuff Philip has written', and I'm no closer to having a clue what his assertions are.

It really is masterclass in how to avoid talking about anything connected to diversity that doesn't directly affect you.

nauticant · 21/09/2018 13:36

Interesting that you mention Perry Grayson there ChattyLion. He is quite open about his cross-dressing being a fetish. But then he's not claiming to identify as a woman or receiving awards that are supposed to be for women.

ChattyLion · 21/09/2018 13:39

Indeed- with the option of Furry Fursday for any Friday working at home people?

I hope there’s still enough in their HR budget to provide the right changing facilities for the adult babies to use. Otherwise that would be seriously exclusionary..

SophoclesTheFox · 21/09/2018 13:45

Pips appears here in a piece on "Capturing the inner life of women", which seems to be about having men ogle you.

Would I be correct in thinking that the man admiring Pips in the photo is...also Pips?

Because I think that may well be a very accurate representation of Pips' inner life

Can't get a clicky link to work, but you get the gist.

Datun · 21/09/2018 13:47

Oh good lord.

FloralBunting · 21/09/2018 13:47

Ah, that previous quote by Pips explains a lot. He thinks 'diversity' is a party, and he likes to wear fishnets to parties. Job done Pips. Job fucking done.

BeyondAnOmnishambles · 21/09/2018 13:49

I think you might be right, Sophocles...

🤐

nauticant · 21/09/2018 13:50

I don't understand SophoclesTheFox. Isn't that just the normal day at the office for a senior woman in the City?

BesmirchingMotherhood · 21/09/2018 13:51

Yep.

Most recently, Diogo worked with Pips Bunce, an openly gender fluid director and senior executive at Credit Suissewho has been shortlisted for the 2017 British LGBT Awards. Bunce presents alternately as Phil and Pippa, both of whom appear in the portrait, which was shot in a roof garden nearby Bunce's Credit Suisse office.

"Pips' portrait was inspired by the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale," Diogo explains. "The corporate world can be a scary place to express as both genders, so the path you see in the photo is a reference to finding your way out of a scary forest. Phil is holding crystals, which he is laying down to help both Pippa and Phil find their way back to safety if they need to."

Ereshkigal · 21/09/2018 13:51

I love that picture Grin

Melamin · 21/09/2018 13:51

So, do you become one of the 100 best women for wearing a dress occasionally? Or does being a man part of the time help?

Maybe ManFriday should be researching this question.

(Or WomanWednesday - we don't want to be sexist here Wink )

AsAProfessionalFekko · 21/09/2018 13:53

What's that sound?

It's my sister screaming as she reads about the bunce... One more over the fence...

placemats · 21/09/2018 13:53

That's one feat of retouching going on there. Actually, the retouching is rubbish.

SandyDrawsBadly · 21/09/2018 13:55

Well I personally think it’s fantastic that I can say to my DD, work hard, strive to be the best and you’ll still find out that MAN can out woman you a couple of days a week.
You’ll be strident and bossy and he’ll be brave and inspirational.

The modern version of the emperor having no clothes, is the emperor wearing 6 inch platform heels and a mini dress and declaring himself to be an empress. The anger at having it pointed out plainly to his face will be the same though.

Melamin · 21/09/2018 13:56

Interesting picture. We are back to 'seeing woman through the male gaze' Only the woman and the man are the same person.

SophoclesTheFox · 21/09/2018 13:56

Of course, nauticant!

Pips and I are practically twins.

SandyDrawsBadly · 21/09/2018 13:57

OMG that picture is nauseating. No woman I know of would pose like that on corporate property and expect to show her face again.

FloralBunting · 21/09/2018 13:58

I am so angry right now I don't care if I get deleted, but can I just ask, given that Bunce is an extremely well paid executive, why he wears such shitty cheap looking wigs?

SophoclesTheFox · 21/09/2018 13:59

That's Hansel and Gretel and all you hateful hating T*rfs are the wicked witch!

OvaHere · 21/09/2018 14:00

Because I think that may well be a very accurate representation of Pips' inner life

Ha ha! Well they do say a picture says a 1000 words.

Melamin · 21/09/2018 14:00

OMG that picture is nauseating

I have my bucket at the ready.
