Of course I know your posts SpartacusAutisticusAHF! Because they are superb.

Maybe we spoke in the pub, I don't even know!
I'm happy that women are organising and gaining in strength.

Completely OT here, but where did the rest of your name go, Barracker?

Barracker · 29/09/2018 16:50

I had me an elective barmectomy.

arranfan · 29/09/2018 16:58

I had me an elective barmectomy.

Nothing to do with being Up North-West with the barm cakes and deciding to give them up?

Elletorro · 29/09/2018 17:00

There may have been a little activism in Manchester today

Elletorro - applause

silentcrow · 29/09/2018 17:10

Aaah, I wondered what you'd get up to! How did it go?

NewWomensMovement · 29/09/2018 17:13

Looks great

Elletorro · 29/09/2018 17:16

Mumsnet guidelines were not adhered to

arranfan · 29/09/2018 17:20

Elletorro - did anyone thing you were a live promotional trailer for the programme?

(Obviously, you're a promo for the Mumsnet Radicalisation Programme but I mean that one based on Atwood.)

BitOfFun · 29/09/2018 17:49

It was really amazing, I loved every minute! I'm gutted that I didn't realise who everybody from here was though, like Barracker. I was the blonde Scouser in black and white stripes who asked the first audience question, btw

UrsulaPandress · 29/09/2018 18:09

I'm halfway through the video. Might need help identifying who is whom.

I didn't make it as the bus didn't arrive but glad to see I wouldn't have been the only one with cans of g&t.

miketv · 29/09/2018 18:15

Ursula - the video from last night?

silentcrow · 29/09/2018 18:18

Speakers in order were Hannah Clarke from Man Friday, Jean Hatchet, Anne Ruzylo, Julia Long and Venice Allan, with Posie in all her green goddessery as chairwoman.

The g&t made me laugh, I never would have thought to bring anything even if I hadn't been driving!

2rebecca · 29/09/2018 18:22

Sounds brilliant.

UrsulaPandress · 29/09/2018 18:35

Was Jean the ex prison officer?

arranfan · 29/09/2018 18:37

I think the ex prison officer is Anne Ruzylo.

Jean H is the one who shared her story about cancer and is (literally) on her bike.

UrsulaPandress · 29/09/2018 18:41

Whooops. Of course. Jean in the ball gown straight from the funeral.
