Accepting the term 'cis'?

During a debate with a teenage male family member, I was told I had to accept I was a ciswoman, not a woman...whether I liked it or not! I was also told as a ciswoman I had priviages trans mtf could only dream of.

I feel angry. Should I accept this? Or shall I continue standing up for my adult human female rights?!

See, when I was 13 I was bleeding heavily for 3 weeks out of every month. I was having explosive shits every time I ate. I was missing up to half of each month from school. Why? Because of endometriosis and being a fucking female. So when I hear about how privileged I was to be born and live in a female body, I get pretty fucking fucked off, thanks very much.

To be entirely fair to the woke crowd, yes they absolutely do talk about cis men as well as cis women. Another popular adjective is cishet which means cis and heterosexual - often applied to men.

I don't accept the label cis because I don't identify with my gender. While I do actually agree that not suffering from any kind of dysphoria over my sexed body must make my life easier than if I DID suffer from it, which I suppose is a generous way we could interpret the term cis privilege, I feel very strongly that gender is an oppressive system that has been imposed upon me against my will. So I can never see my feminine gender socialisation as an advantage of any kind. Which I think is a more realistic interpretation of what people generally mean by cis privilege, that somehow women and girls don't mind being gendered feminine, that we experience no distress over the fact that society constantly feeds us the message that we are inferior to men and boys in almost every conceivable way. Which is of course nonsense to put it mildly.

Surely placing Cis in front of women means that -if we are to this at face value- trans-women are also cis-women?

As being a cis-woman/woman is what they are claiming to be.

Adult human female.

Definition of man from Google:
Adult human male.

Therefore:
Transwomen must be male and therefore men, and Transmen must be female and therefore woman. This is because reproductive functions, and therefore sex, cannot be changed no matter what chemicals are imbibed or anatomy altered.

Let woman mean what it actually does, adult human female, no prefix needed, and trans woman can mean what it actually means, which is
Trans = opposite
Woman = adult human female
Transwoman = the opposite of adult human female = male.

'Cis' is misgendering to 99.9999% of people its applied to anyway I think. Near every person is 'non-binary'. No I would not accept this, and find it both hilarious and depressing that some people think female people are advantaged over male ones.

They say that cis means your gender identity matches your sex.

They say that gender iis a social construct. They say that not all people whose gender Expression is not aligned with their sex identify as trans. They say gender identity is an innate sense of gender .( an innate sense of a socially described set of rules and how you fit to them) .and i think they must be saying that not everyone has a gender identity .....or it may be saying that many of us have a non binary identity which again would not be cis

So unless you have a gender identity you cannot be trans nor cis.
